~ 6 basil leaves, 3 lime chunks, 15ml vanilla gomme, 30ml Havana rum, 30ml Galliano vanilla, 30ml lemon juice, dash egg white
~ In a boston muddle basil, lime and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and shake, double strain into a half vanilla sugar rimmed chilled martini. Basil leaf garnish. 14.95.

Vodka Fling
~ Vodka, strawberry liqueur, fresh watermelon & apple juice, crushed lime & mint leaves, shaken & topped with soda.
~ Watermelon chunk, 4 frozen strawberries, 4 lime chunks, mint leaves, 40ml vodka, 20ml strawberry liq, 30ml apple juice
~ Muddle fruit in a boston, add alcohol and ice. Shake and strain over ice into a jazz glass, top with apple juice. Garnish with a mint sprig and strawberry.14.95

Armstrong's Ellixer
~ 45ml ol mecca tequila, 15ml pear liq, 2tbls passionfruit pulp, 15ml gomme, 30ml lemon juice, dash egg white
~ In a boston combine all ingredients and add ice. Shake and strain into a sugar rimmed chilled martini. No garnish. 14.95

Kiss Martini
~ 40ml bison grass vodka, 20ml peach liq, 30ml passionfruit pulp, 10ml gomme 60ml, cloudy apple juice
~ Combine all ingredients in a boston, add ice and shake. Strain into a chilled martini. Lemon peel garnish. 14.95

Kiwi Crush
~ Half a kiwi fruit, 45ml passionfruit 42 below, 15ml pear liq, 30ml lemon juice, 15ml gomme, dash egg white
~ In a boston muddle kiwi and sugar, add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled half sugar rimmed martini. Kiwi wheel garnish. 14.95.

Amaretto Sour
~ 60ml amaretto, 30ml lemon juice, 15ml gomme, 5ml marachino cherry juice, dash egg white
~ Combine all ingredients in a boston. Shake and strain over ice into a sugar rimmed double old fashioned. Lemon wedge and cherry garnish. 14.95.

Frisco Sour
~ 40 ml makers mark, 20ml dom Benedictine, 20ml lemon juice, 10ml orange juice, 15ml gomme, dash of marachino juice
~ Combine all ingredients in a boston, shake and strain over ice into a double old fashioned glass. Orange and cherry garnish. 14.95

South Side
~ 10 lime chunks, 8 mint leaves, tbls of palm sugar, 60ml Bombay gin ginger beer
~ In a boston muddle lime, mint and sugar. Add gin and shake. Double strain into a chilled martini glass and top with ginger beer. Mint leaf garnish. 14.95

Gin Bramble
~ 60ml Bombay gin, 30ml lemon juice, 20ml gomme, 10ml crème de mure
~ Combine gin, lemon juice and sugar into a boston. Shake and strain over ice into a double old fashioned. Drizzle the crème de mure over the drink. Garnish with bluberry’s and a lemon wedge. 14.95

~ 45ml vodka, 15ml lemon juice, 3 basil leaves, 2 cherry tomatoes, good pinch of sea salt, freshly cracked pepper, dash of Worcestershire, dash of Tabasco, dash of shiraz, 100ml tomato juice
